Joanne Horgan is a Coru and IASLT registered speech and language therapist with an extensive clinical background in paediatric communication and language development, working across both public and private settings. She graduated with a B.Sc. in Speech and Language Therapy from University College Cork in 2018.

Joanne has a particular interest in supporting children with speech sound disorders, e.g. childhood apraxia of speech and individuals with cleft palate. She is known for her collaborative, family-centred approach and works closely with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to help children reach their full communication potential.

Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development, Joanne provides assessment and intervention tailored to each child’s individual strengths and needs. Her work focuses on creating supportive, engaging, and practical therapy programmes that empower children and their families in everyday environments.
