I have a love and passion for Holistic Healing practices, and how they can help to support our own body’s healing processes, be it on a physical or emotional level.

I have completed a Diploma in Reflexology, and also specialized training in Reflexology for Mental Health and Reflexology for Trauma and Addiction.

I am also undertaking additional training specialising in Reflexology for Perimenopause and Menopause in March.

I have in the past completed training in Kundalini Reiki and Usui Reiki Energy Healing.

I turned to Holistic Healing practices, when I went through unimaginable grief 8 years ago. I did not want to go down the root of conventional medicines to help me cope with my internal healing of grief.

My everyday working background is working to support others, in a social care role.

I have worked in community development for 17 years, supporting young people in education, and families and individuals from the Roma and Traveller Communities in Clare.

 I have worked in the area of substance misuse, supporting those in recovery and wanting to make positive changes.

I have also previously worked with a homeless charity in Limerick City as a health inclusion worker, with individuals in long term homelessness and substance misuse, working to support them around their physical and mental health needs.

More recently I have experience working in the area of domestic abuse, supporting clients, emotionally, and practically.

I am also an Accredited Practitioner in the 5 steps method Program,(Stress, Strain, Information, Coping, Support Model) supporting family members of loved ones in addiction.

I hopefully look forward to helping others in their journey of healing  providing holistic healing through Reflexology combined with Reiki Energy.
