Kirsty Donnellan of Reflex Renew Reflexology, is a qualified Reflexologist with specialist training in Mental Health, Trauma, and Addiction, Perimenopause and Menopause.

Kirsty is also a registered member of the NRRI & IRI.

She is also certified in Kundalini Reiki and Usui Reiki, offering a holistic approach to healing.

Her passion for holistic therapies stems from personal experience, having turned to these practices during a time of profound grief. This journey shaped her belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when supported with care, balance, and compassion.

With over 18 years’ experience in social care, she has supported individuals and families across community development, substance misuse recovery, homelessness, and domestic abuse.

She is also an accredited practitioner in the 5-Step Method, supporting families affected by addiction.

She is dedicated to supporting others on their healing journey through a compassionate blend of Reflexology and Reiki, nurturing both physical and emotional wellbeing.
