Dr Chichi is a Medical Doctor, Life & Mental Wellness Coach, and the founder of LifestyleByChi a wellness brand created for adults who are tired of surviving and ready to feel grounded, whole, and supported again.
With years of clinical experience in mental health, Dr Chichi understands both the science and the lived reality of emotional overwhelm, burnout, and chronic stress especially for Adults juggling work, parenthood, and personal identity.
Her work blends evidence-based psychological principles with compassionate, practical tools that fi t into real life. Through coaching, workshops, and guided wellness experiences, Dr Chichi helps individuals slow down, reconnect with themselves and build sustainable wellness routines without guilt, perfectionism, or pressure.
